14. Permission (Permission)

14.1 Except for the industries mentioned in Schedule 8 which adversely affect safety, public health and the environment, permission is not required for the establishment, expansion, diversification and modernization of other industries. 14.2 In the case of industries that require permission from the Industries Department, the department will grant permission within 30 days from the date of application. If there is a reason why the permit cannot be granted, the applicant must be informed about the reason for not granting the permit within 3 days of the expiry of the deadline. 14.3 The permit holder must comply with the conditions mentioned in the permit and conduct the industrial business within the period specified in the permit. If there is a mental reason, the permission will be revoked if the industry is not operated within the specified period or if the conditions are not followed. 14.4 In case of foreign investment in industrial business, approval must be obtained in accordance with prevailing laws.
